With the advent of GST in 2000 the Firm has supported the use of MYOB Accounting software to assist clients in the preparation and lodgement of Accounting Information. Over the years we have looked after clients Australia wide and continue to service these clients from the Springwood base and enjoy the long associations with many clients whom have grown into successful business entities over time.
We hope to always provide a friendly and caring service with the principal of the practice, John Garforth CPA, dealing directly with all clients in order to provide the best possible service and advice.
Just one example of our friendly service; we met a new client on one occasion and provided a summary of our services however that person informed us that other accounting firms in the area would also be approached to assess their worth. At the end of the week that client arrived back and we asked the question, why did you pick our firm? The answer was that we were the friendliest firm approached and showed confidence in the services being provided.
“Face-to-face”
We believe in understanding our client’s needs and do so by visiting the clients’ workplace or business premises to achieve this goal. At the same time we feel that visiting the client may achieve more harmony with the client sine pressure of work can delay visits to their’Accountants’. Also by having direct handling of accounting information and a face-to-face interview, there is more opportunity to identify any problems or missing information which may be important to the taxation work in hand.
Business structures are also important in business and the direct approach can resolve any such issues.
